One fat admirer activist claims that 65% of men are actually fat admirers since 65% of women are fat; can’t beat that logic 🙂 That means that 55% of them are closet fat admirers. I wondered how much of the response was due to me being fat vs some other factor (height, looks, income etc).
Let me just state up front that I am a fat acceptance movement, anti-sizist activist.
That said, I am going to give some dating advice based on my experiences as a fat, middle aged semi-divorced single woman that does not include “lose weight”.
Many women, including myself, spent most of their lives competing with men – at work, in social situations and even at home.
Now, as we reach our 60s, it’s difficult to put our swords down and just relax a bit. Lisa and I also discuss the perception that men only want to date younger women.
For women who have been trying to find that illusive “special someone” for a while, this may seem like an impossible question to answer.
